PAR

The wavelength range from 400 to 700 nm that plants use for photosynthesis.

Far Red

Light above 700 nm, at the edge of the visible range. On FLORIQ, far red is its own, individually adjustable channel.

Spectrum

The composition of light from different wavelengths. On FLORIQ you set it with the individual light channels.

Photoperiod

The ratio of day to night length. In a FLORIQ recipe it is set for each phase.

Phase

A section of a recipe with its own settings for duration, day and night, intensity and channels, such as germination and growth.
